About

Nomad Spirit is a living project rooted in herbal medicine, permaculture, and deep Earth connection. Created and led by a lifetime Nomad herself, the Clinical Herbalist Andreea Preda, whose deep commitment to the plant world is more than a profession: it is a way of life. Nomad Spirit grows its remedies from seed to bottle, starting with the soil, the seed, and the sacred relationship between people and plants. She doesn’t only bring organic herbal products to you, but also teaches you practical information so you can heal yourself through nature.

Andreea’s philosophy starts with the soil. Soil is the first medicine.

It is not dirt, but a living ecosystem, rich in microorganisms, fungi, minerals, organic matter, and water. The vitality of medicinal plants depends directly on the vitality of the soil in which they grow. When soil is depleted, plants lose nutrient density, resilience, and complexity. When soil is regenerated, biodiversity returns, carbon is stored, water retention improves, and ecosystems stabilize.

To cultivate medicinal plants responsibly means to cultivate soil responsibly. Regenerating soil protects rivers and oceans from erosion and chemical runoff, restores fertility without synthetic inputs, and builds long-term ecological balance.

Healing does not begin in the bottle. It begins in the ground.

“Gardening helps you slow down.

When you slow down, you feel.

When you feel, you heal.

When you heal, you grow.“

Did you know that modern-day anxiety can be soothed through Nature?

Lavender’s essential oil and hydrolate (the product of the distillation process) promotes relaxation, restores balance and calms anxiety, insomnia, depression and also menstrual cramps, among other benefits.

Did you know how precious Damascus Roses are?

Rosa damascena blooms only once a year, for just a few weeks. To preserve its full aromatic and therapeutic richness, each flower must be hand-picked at the exact peak of bloom: when its volatile compounds are at their highest concentration.
